★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great service and reasonable price. Integrity Plumbing Solutions came quickly and fixed my issue. Their price was 3 times cheaper than quotes I got from other companies. If you need honest plumber, give them a call. Highly recommend!!
October 01 · Jung JunStarted out pretty disappointed and confused with this company. Had someone come out to give us an estimate for multiple items to include toilet swaps, relocating a toilet to opposite wall in bathroom, sump pump update/re-route, laundry bucket drain install, routing new eater lines for a sink, hooking up a water softener, relocating a water meter, installing a shut off valve on the main incoming water line, and fixing a leak on the sewer drain where the toilets connect. After we figure out our budget and prioritized what we needed done first, we asked them to come out and focus on the toilet swap, leak and an additional minor leak on a whole house filter connection (drip once about every 2 minutes). They updated the estimate to reflect the focused work, scheduled an appointment time, and a technician came out to do the work. I went over the job tasking with him to confirm what we wanted done as he relayed that he was not informed of everything that needed to be completed beforehand and that he was not equipped with enough materials. I asked him if he needed to see the estimate that was sent us and he said no. He also relayed that he was not sure how to fix the leaking piping as it needed to be updated in a way that was up to code and he would need to speak with his boss who is a master plumber to make sure he was doing it right. Ultimately he would not be able to do the work for us that day and would need to reschedule. I told him that it was ok with me and that we wanted it to be done correctly in one shot versus having them come out multiple times to fix things. After he left, I called their office and scheduled a new day to have their technician come out to do the work.A few days later we then received a phone call from their office sating that looking at the job, "it is significant more work than they anticipated and that they are not willing to do the work." I then called their office today and had a conversation to understand what the issue is. They relayed that they feel that they would need to update more of the piping to make sure it is up to code and and not willing to do the work on old piping, so I would need to find a different plumber who is willing to get the job done for us. I told them that that is unfortunate because I was never not willing to have things updated and up to code. I am a customer who was willing to pay to have the job done correctly and it just seems that they are just not wanting to do the job... I also stated that they just lost a customer because of that. This includes recommendations as well. With that being said, I gave them a poor review based on things such as:- Bad communication- Not willing to do the work- Confusion- Lack of wanting to be paid- Lack of education/experience from technician to get the job done- Lack of preparationbut then the owner called and they admitted that there was miscommunication between team members and they should have just called me to clarify what we were seeking as a customer. They stated they were under the impression that we were not willing to have things updated to code. I corrected that issue to state that we actually relayed multiple times that having things up to code was exactly what we were seeking as what we currently have is creating issues. We wanted things done correctly one time without having someone come out multiple times to fix things. We came to the concluded that we may consider them again as we go through an estimate process again with other plumbers.Well, we gave them a second chance and glad that we did. They made things right and did a very professional job in a timely manner. Overall, we are very happy with all of the work. Thank you Tim, Mike, and Thomas for all of the assistance at our house. This was a lesson in communication and Integrity Plumbing did their due diligence to fix things. We plan to use them for future projects and recommend them to others in the area!
July 27 · Jonathan LeGaultI needed work done on 2 of my shower shut off valves (1 was immediate need / the other i requested, to prevent another immediate need) I regret not getting the name of the gentleman who did the work. He was very knowledgeable and got me back to working order. Very fair and reasonable rates for the work completed. I will be using Integrity Plumbing Solutions in the future.
November 04 · Michael JividenQuick, efficient, great price. Jordan did an awesome job at our business today. I highly recommend him!
June 12 · Allie Hoelscher (DeWitt)We used them through our home warranty, after multiple attempts of having other companies come out to unclog our drain without success. Very knowledgeable, respectful of your home and explained to us what the problem was and how to fix it completely moving forward. Very happy with the service and will be using them again!
