We failed our backflow inspection, and Green Hills plumbing helped us replace our backflow device. The initial assessment was free, and their availability (next day) was fantastic considering it wasn’t an emergent or particularly urgent issue. I appreciated the honesty and commitment from Jennifer (reception/administration) and Luis (technician) to do things to our and Metro Water’s standards. Luis was timely and friendly and gave communication before and after his visits. We passed inspection after he was finished. I would recommend this company to friends.

Leaving this review hoping it reaches the owner or manager. I called to inquire about replacing a water heater to maybe a larger tank for my rental property. The woman that answered was dry and not very friendly, she continued to cut me off while i was explaining what I was thinking about getting for my property. She told me the tank I wanted was hard to come by now a days (60G or 70G tank) instead i should pay 2k for a tankless. I asked if you guys can do the work and find the tank. She said yes but she doesn't have anyone available to come till next week. I asked if I should call another plumber and said yes instantly. As a business owner i know every deal counts and she was very quick to not want my deal. I'm sure she is costing you guys more money or there is money being left for another company to take. I was willing to pay the price but she pushed me to call another company.
