★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have tried to "stay local" and use Moline business's. We needed to modify our main level bath to become handicap accessible with a new shower component on an old, non-working faucet and improve kitchen water flow. After an initial visit, we recieved a vague quote. Several emails and calls over weeks, we got a better explanation of the scope-of-work. After a deposit was sent and cashed, we heard nothing for over three weeks. More calls, a date was finally set. Plumbers showed up at scheduled time and most of the work (and some approved extra) was done, but they broke the faucet installing it and kitchen pressure was actually worse. A second plumber came the next day, thinking he was just putting on faucet. He did that and finally figured out where the clog was to sink. The pressure was great, but he stripped the sprayer, causing a drip out of the side, which i fixed with teflon tape. Our basement and tub were left a mess (see pictures) of scraps, flux and solder drippings. I paid the remainder of the invoice personally and told the office worker about problems. She said the supervisor would contact me which has never happened. It appears they are more contract and aren't very concerned on residential quality, especially on lower value jobs. Plumbers were good at technical, but poor on clean up and obviously dont have anyone checking on their work and the customer's satisfaction. I definitely wouldn't recommend
September 16 · David Anthony5 star service! The technician Jacob was excellent, and the work was completed quickly. The guys cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to ensure it's all satisfactorily completed. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
March 07 · ARSo, Im not sure why they say 24 hour services and after hours. I called and they said that they could schedule for later in the week, and I asked about emergency services. She said they could do that but it would be time and a half, which I agreed to. She said she would do that and then put me on a brief hold. She came back and let me know they didn't have time for any extra work currently. My take away - DON'T CALL in case of emergencies.
March 13 · Corinne LecknerI’m remodeling a bathroom and I have boiler heat, I needed to move my baseboard heater to a different wall to accommodate moving of the tub, when I called the office a lady kindly took my information and scheduled someone to come out that Friday, I waited around for a couple hours thinking maybe he got hung up it was also snowy so I was trying to be nice by giving him time. I finally called the office to see what had happened, she said let me find out and call you back, she called back moments later to tell me he had gone out of town to visit his son in college and didn’t realize he had someone scheduled. So my question is how do you not know that? I was the ONLY one scheduled the whole day? That makes no sense? She apologized quick and tried to make sure I didn’t get a word in and quickly asked when he could come back. I said how about first thing Monday morning? So she scheduled it. I was in the dead middle of demo and couldn’t move forward with this heater in my way, I had a different plumber at first and that fell through as well. So I was in more of a hurry to get it moved. Any way, so he comes Monday and apologizes and claimed it was all his fault, I said okay, he said he would be getting me a quote with in the next couple days, that was the 13th it’s now the 23rd, I called yesterday to ask if they would be able to get me a quote the lady said he was out of the office but would call me first thing the next day. Here we are today I waited most of the day and of course no call, I called the office and no answer! This is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never had such a thing happen to me before. I will be moving on from yet another plumbing company. If you’re incredibly busy just say that, a little communication can go a long way!!
January 23 · Erika FergusonWater was leaking underneath our sink, so after a bit of researching online we found Erickson's and decided to call them. They weren't able to get out to our place for a few days, but we were able to get by until then. On the day they were scheduled to arrive they called and were about to show up earlier than expected. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly once they got here. The price was reasonable as well. We would recommend them and will call them again for future issues.
