Ricky and Steve most recently helped out with a water heater issue and they were able to get the parts they needed quickly and installed which solved the issue. They were very friendly and even gave us some tips on other stuff we could repair/replace on our own not related to the current issue that will save us from problems in the future. Couldn't recommend them more. Prices are also very reasonable and they were up front about wanting to help save us some money on the repairs. Great company!

July 05 · Wiyanna VenableHave used Ed Rike plumbing multiple times without issues. Always have been happy with techs. Recent bad experience will likely in the future lead us to look elsewhere. Ed Rike replaced Water Heater about 5-6 weeks ago for $2500, about 3 weeks later we started noticing a sulfur smell with hot water. Ed Rike came out to check and told me the new water heater has a rod and this can happen with Well water(didn’t know this at install) and a “smell free” rod can replace for $550. Otherwise you can cut off the old rod and you water heater won’t last as long. I asked them to just cut it off and took 15 minutes of work. I was charged $220 for this. I asked the tech to reach out to hopefully get some money off due to the new heater, loyal customer who has spent thousands, and why wasn’t it just taken care of on install? They did not provide any discounts. Very much felt like a money grab. I was very disappointed with the business on how this was handled. Maybe it was a sign when I call and the lady answering the phone informs me they have been slow.

They were the first company to actually show up when they said they would. This happened during the very high temperatures of late. They kept me informed of any delays of ordering parts for our AC, and any other things that happened along the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are affordable and reliable, the kind of company we like to have to our home when needed. Thanks guys!

They took care of the problem. As before I give them the highest rating possible. They were so professional, courteous and friendly. I was never let in the dark about what was going on. Explained everything. The entire staff from Al Lockwood to the fine gals working the phones I give a 5 star plus rating. Thank you all
