EDIT - In response to the owner. I did call the SCS city department twice (June 6 and June 13). Just because you weren't in the building does not mean I did not call. I called after you hung up on me and my mother (YES, better a call from my mother than my attorney!). Also, you did say 3 months when I made the appointment for March 21.Purchased our first home in March 2024. During inspection, we found that a drain pipe going out to the curb was broken in two places. Luckily, the seller agreed to find a company and pay for them to fix it. We closed on March 15th and on March 21st we had At-Less Drain Cleaning LLC here to fix the pipe. I WOULD NEVER HAVE CHOSEN THIS COMPANY TO FIX!!!!When I scheduled the drain pipe to be fixed, I was told on the phone it would take 3 months for the dirt pile to go down from where the company will dig up to replace the pipe. Fine, no problem. When At-Less received their payment they mentioned they would come out "mid-April" to fix the concrete sidewalk they also demolished. The dirt pile timeline was also changed to "oh, it can take a year for that to go down!"The front of our house looks terrible. The dirt pile they left looks like 10 bodies are buried. My boyfriend and I water it daily and have tried to make the best of it but it has become such an eyesore. Multiple complaints by our neighbors about the sidewalk not being done. My mother even called the company asking them to come out and take more dirt and they told her it can take "six months" for it to go down.The City of Saint Clair Shores were contacted 2x and At-Less keeps telling them we are scheduled for "next week". How can you be scheduled for next week for a month? Or next on their list? Are they not working for a whole month????On June 13th, things came to a head when myself and my mother called together to ask what the heck was going on. The “owner” was extremely snippy and hung up once I mentioned the different timelines and these terrible Google reviews. My mother left her a voicemail after threatening legal action. My mother received a text from the owner apologizing and saying they would be out tomorrow to fix the cement. On June 14th the cement was fixed (almost 3 months after the work started). It should not have to get to almost 3 months of calling and threatening legal action to get something done (that the company pulled a permit for).Below is a timeline of my calls to the company:- Sidewalk will be fixed mid April- April 19: called for a status, was told 2 weeks- May 3: called for a status, was told 2 weeks- May 24: called for a status, left a voicemail with no return call back- May 28: called for a status, was told sidewalk would be fixed within the next week "weather permitting"- June 4: called for a status, told us we are next on their list, told them neighbors have been complaining, we live in a walkable neighborhood with a school that kids need the sidewalk for. At-Less said that the city has given them an extension and to have neighbors call the city to complain- June 13: called for a status, was hung up onTo date while the cement is fixed, the front yard looks terrible and they did not even fix the lawn on the boulevard area nicely (see pic).   • This company is completely unreliable. They scheduled me for a Monday appointment, and I waited around for hours — but no one ever showed up. I tried calling at least 10 times with no answer. Terrible service and zero professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  • Thank you At-Less for your timely service. This is the third time I've used them for one service or another, this time for a clogged bathroom drain. The two young men, Vinnie and Kyle, were pleasant,honest, professional and knowledgeable. The fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend, they are our go to for plumbing issues!

  • I would not work with this company at all. Got strung along for 4months for them to tell me that they’re not gonna do the job anymore because it’s too far away. It’s a $30K job and it’s too far away that’s a great business. It’s a warranty job money is waiting for them.They came out marked everything for my driveway and the street to dig it up and replace plumbing. Never did paperwork for permit never turned it into the city. No thanks. If I could give zero stars, I would.Update to response. You are correct my warranty company contracted your services in which your company chose to deal with. YOU and your other employees said and I quote “this is no problem done lots of these”. Couple weeks go by and nothing. I call, how things going? So busy have lots of jobs but did t forget about you, going Friday to get permit taking care of. Gotta have my friend draw up plans for the county. Yeah okay the Wayne county permit department has no idea of any permit. They say have talked to you one time and that because I made them call YOU. Another couple weeks go by still nothing. We are talking now 4 months.Now can’t find and excavator to do the job, then it’s too far away, and not worth the time. I believe that’s what you told the warranty company. You LIE that the bottom line and NO I won’t take my reviews down. ZERO STARS ALL DAY
