June 25 · J.R. SingerCaleb worked hard at narrowing down my slab leak to within 18 inches, now I just have to have a plumber out to do the repair. He was on time, responded to phone calls and texts promptly, and very friendly. Highly recommended!!
December 24 · Alex BennettWe had a pool fill line that was leaking but we weren't sure where. After having no luck with a plumber or a pool company, we called American Leak Detection. They were professional, prompt, friendly, and super efficient. Found the leak and explained what they thought caused it. Would hire this company again, 100%. Thank you!
June 26 · Kelly EtnierALD was helpful both before, during and after the diagnostic visit to evaluate our pool for leaks. In phone calls prior to his visit, Caleb reviewed the primary indicators of a leaking pool as we looked to trouble shoot the source of a myriad of pool issues this season. During his visit, he worked methodically to complete a thorough and focused examination to locate the leak. Post-visit he was generously responsive offering guidance troubleshooting other issues as well. He promptly followed up to make sure those issues had been resolved as well.Caleb's work resolved a months-long pool leak challenge this season.Lesson: next time our *first* call will be to Caleb for leak detection services.
July 25 · dk jacobsWe had a plumbing problem with the drain at a standstill. The cast iron sewer line was buried under the concrete. They came within several hours and marked where the sewer line was and how deep it was with great precision allowing us the cut through the concrete accurately to do the repairs. The $245 minimum charge seemed high but they had the right equipment, responded quickly, were accurate in their work, and were generous with their time. In the end, it was money well spent.
