- 1/4 Turn Angle Stops
In the past, homeowners relied on compression valves in their plumbing systems. A 1⁄4 angle stop accomplishes the same task using a ball valve design. The valve handle is only able to turn 90 degrees at a time, but with each turn, the orientation of the ball valve changes to release, hold or throttle water through the device.
- Backflow Repair & Installation
- Backwater Valve Repair & Installation
- Burst Pipe Repair
- Burst Pipe Repair Services
You likely have a burst pipe because it’s winter and the temperatures have dipped. Freezing or close to freezing temperatures often result in burst pipes if the pipes are not properly insulated. You can avoid this problem by making sure your home is professionally winterized. Severe clogging is another common reason pipes burst. An item that gets into the system will prevent normal water flow, weakening the overall structural integrity of the pipe. If enough debris fills the inner walls of the material, it will eventually expand and burst. This is avoidable with regular maintenance.

- Ground Level Sewer Cleanout Services
Sewer cleanouts are located in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The main cleanout is located outside and is called the ground level sewer cleanout, or outside sewer cleanout. This outside cleanout is crucial, because if your drain or sewer line is backed up, the ground level cleanout is the one we will need to access to resolve the problem. Unplugging cleanouts inside the home - such as in the bathroom - will result in waste and debris overflowing into your home if the drains are clogged.
- Hose Bib
- Hose Bib Repair & Installation
A hose bib is an outdoor faucet with an attachment on the end to accommodate a hose. These components go by other names such as sillcock, spigot, outdoor faucet or hydrant, but the purpose for them is all the same. By creating a point outside to get water from your plumbing system, you can easily work outside without needing to go in your home to get water. Although these faucets are fairly straightforward, there are a few issues that can occur and cause problems for homeowners. They include: dripping while turned off and spraying water while turned on.
- Hydrojetting
- Hydrojetting Services
Hydrojetting is recommend if traditional drain cleaning cannot solve the problem. This is the case if your sewer lines are blocked with tree roots, sludge, grease, and other debris and buildup that has accumulated over the years.Severe buildup in your sewer line can cause water to drain slowly and will need to be taken care of before your drains start to back up. If snaking does not work to fix the problem, hydrojetting may be required to flush out the debris.

- Recirculator / Circulator Pump Services
- Sewer & Drain
- Sewer Camera Inspection
Sewer line cameras allow plumbing specialists to see inside your pipes and sewer lines without digging or trenching to expose the pipe. The device consists of a small pin camera on a flexible rod that is designed to fit inside the pipe. The camera is connected to a CCTV screen that allows the plumbing professional to see what is going on inside the pipes in real time.

- Sewer Line Repair & Replacement Services
Contact us for professional sewer line repair if you notice the following: inconsistent water levels in your toilet, drain problems including slow drains that indicate a blocked sewer line, regularly clogged drains, drains backing up with wastewater, sewage smells in your yard, or wafting up from your sink and shower drains.

- Slab Leak Repair
- Slab Leak Repair Services
There are several signs that point to a potential slab leak. If you hear the sound of running water underneath your building or home, you may have a slab leak. When you walk through your home without any shoes on and feel warm spots underneath your flooring, there is likely a slab leak. Look out for a higher than usual water bill as well. If you notice any of these signs, contact us right away. We can easily detect the leak and make sure the problem is resolved and that your property continues to stay free of plumbing leaks.
- Tankless Water Heater Installations
- Thermal Expansion Tank Repair & Installation
Thermal expansion is a term that refers to the change in volume of matter as its temperature changes. In your water heater, as the water heats up, it expands, and the resulting pressure must be reduced, or you face the possibility of a broken water heater or worse. The thermal expansion tank contains air, and it can easily absorb the pressure from heating water. However, it must be functioning properly to do its job. If you need a new expansion tank installed on your water heater, or your current tank is in need of repairs, it’s wise to trust your service to professionals.
- Thermal Expansion Tanks
- Trenchless Sewer Line Repair & Replacement
During trenchless sewer repair, a new pipe will be threaded through the old one. Once the threading is complete, the new pipe is attached at both ends. This method can be used to burst and replace clay, metal, PVC, cast iron, and plastic pipes. The only difference is in how the pipe is burst. Clay and cast iron pipes are burst with a simple pipe bursting head that shatters the pipe and pushes it outward. Plastic and PVC pipes are burst with a head that also contains a cutter that splits the pipe and pushes it outward. Sewer line bursting can be used to install pipes that are the same diameter as the old pipe or slightly larger.
- Valve Repair & Installation
- Water Filtration System Installation & Repair
We will help you decide on the best system to match your home’s needs as well as your budget. Whether you choose reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, UV purification, or even one of the less commonly used systems, whole-home water purification installations will make a great difference in your daily chores and how you enjoy your food. With high quality, professional installation, your family can enjoy years of fresh water without hassle.
- Water Filtration Systems
- Water Heater Maintenance
Part of responsible water heater care is regular maintenance. This includes flushing out and replacing the anode rod. Flushing out sediment from the tank improves system efficiency and extends its service life. In addition, making sure a viable anode rod hangs in the tank will help prevent the inside of the tank from rusting out. A used-up rod is far cheaper to replace than a new water heater! Without the rod, hot water will quickly corrode the inside of the tank and shorten the life of your water heater.
- Water Heater Recirculator & Circulator Pump Services
If you have a large home, or if some of your faucets are far away from the water heater, you may notice that there is a waiting period between turning on the hot water tap and actually receiving hot water. This inefficiency wastes a significant amount of water over time and can be inconvenient if you need hot water fast. A water heater recirculator or circulator pump works by keeping the water supply hot so that you receive hot water as soon as you turn on the tap.
- Water Heater Replacement
- Water Leak Detection Water Line Repair
- Water Line Repair & Replacement
If your plumbing lines have been around for nearly 50 years, it may be time to have then inspected for problems. Broken water mains are on average 47 years old, according to a report by the EPA. Avoid planting trees near your plumbing lines. Tree roots seek out water sources, and when they find your water line the roots can cause significant damage. Don’t ignore the small signs of trouble. A stammering faucet, a frequently clogged toilet, or drain problems can all point to a larger issue with your water line. Call your professional plumber to have these issues investigated to ensure that there isn’t a more serious problem with the water line. Do you have galvanized steel or polybutylene pipes? These have been proven dangerous over time because of their unreliability and weakness to corrosion.
- Water Pressure Regulator Installation & Testing
Having a reliable water pressure regulator is crucial to your home’s plumbing system. These devices stop excess water pressure from affecting pipes before any water enters your home. They are easily adjusted to comply with local codes, as well as make it easy for you to optimize the pressure load on your pipes.
- Water Softener System Installation & Repair
Water softeners are used to help combat hard water. The smell and corrosive properties of hard water alone can damage your plumbing fixtures, appliances, faucets, sinks, and bathtubs.Regular maintenance is recommended to make sure your water softener works efficiently at all times. We recommend quarterly maintenance services. We can carry out this task for you by replacing the charcoal in the unit and checking to make sure there are no potential problems in the system. Your plumber will be able to tell you how much longer your water softener will last with regular inspections.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our 25 year old AC was on it's last leg and needed to be replaced. All City Plumbing provided competitive pricing (matched a competitor) and exceptional service during our new AC installation, with the team of Andrew, Juan, and Steve delivering efficient, professional, and high-quality work that left me extremely pleased. From clear communication to diligent cleanup, their team ensured the entire process ran smoothly, demonstrating a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend All City Plumbing.
September 19 · Anthony NellonI have been using All City for all my plumbing needs for about 3 years now. Not once have I had any issues with service or getting a quick appointment. In early September I had what I thought was a small electrical issue. They sent Sergio the same day. He found the problem quickly. But I decided that I would like to have my electrical panel and all switches and plugs redone. That only took a day. After that I decided to redo all my recessed lighting. That was done within two days. Sergio took a lot of care and precision with all the work. I have not had any issues with anything. Even if I did, they guarantee that they will come back and fix the issue. I highly recommend All City. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and very professional.I really appreciate how they send you notifications and updates. Customer service is very courteous and accommodating. They make it very easy from start to finish.
October 06 · Martina SouzaI rarely write reviews but this one is well deserved. We were incredibly frustrated after having 2 navien tankless water heaters die on us in just 1-2 years. The first was installed by a terrible company through our home warranty. For the second I used All City after seeing good ratings. So we couldn't believe it when the second unit gave out too. After getting several companies to take a look, they all informed me that the installation had not been done correctly and the system was missing proper ventilation.I went back and contacted All City as we were less than pleased with what happened. The receptionist was responsive and friendly. She promptly forwarded the issue to manager Steve and he got back to me later that day.He explained that he is the Quality Control manager and came out with a tech soon after that. The two of them took the time to install a brand new unit with new copper piping, and made sure that other components were up to code that previously had not been done. Also improved upon what had been done so that in the end, everything looked like a Quality professional job. This was all done at their expense to make up for the significant mistake that had been overlooked. We were incredibly impressed by the efficiency of how quick and easy Steve was able to 'made it right'After about 3 years of headache with the first two water heaters, it was so nice for a change to have things go smoothly!!Since the installation, a couple other minor issues came up. Every time it was convenient to get ahold of a receptionist and Steve via text. They were always quick to respond and happy to help. Steve came out himself to take care of things within a couple days and at a time that worked for meGreat customer service goes a long way. Even though the improper installation was done by their company costing us a water heater, the fact that they have a Quality Control manager shows that All City actually cares. And Steve delivers on that. At the end of the day, mistakes happen and it's how the business handles it that really counts.Because of their honesty in backing up their work, they have my high recommendation
August 14 · Yidi XuI needed a plumber right away and it was getting late in the day I called All City Plumbing and they sent Jacob within an hour of me calling. I had a clogged kitchen sink. Jacob assessed the issue and suggested that we snake the kitchen clean out, he found a grease blockage and he was able to remove the blockage and get the sink working properly. Jacob was also able to fix the piping underneath the sink for better flow and serviceability, I also asked if he could install a new kitchen faucet, he did and it works perfectly. I really appreciate Jacob explaining each job he would do, he was patient and answered all my questions. I also liked the All City Plumbings pricing, they price by the job and if needed you can bundle jobs together and that’s better on my bottom line. I want to thank Jacob for going through all the pricing and explaining all our options to get everything we need, I appreciate all the work Jacob did as well as his professionalism and honesty. I’m very happy with the service Jacob and All City Plumbing did for us when we needed them. Thank you.
