This comprehensive nature means you can call one company for a new water heater, a water softener installation, or help with a water damage emergency. However, potential customers in Indiana should also be aware of the varied public feedback on customer service and reliability, particularly regarding communication and follow-up. While earlier reviews from a few years ago are highly positive, indicating professional and satisfactory service experiences involving James and Brycen, more recent public feedback raises significant concerns about response time, communication reliability, and the finality of repairs. These reviews highlight a disconnect in service professionalism, specifically mentioning missed appointments, unreturned calls, and claims that work was not fully completed, resulting in customer checks being stopped. This mixed track record emphasizes the importance of clear, upfront communication and securing detailed work orders when hiring for any important home repair or installation. We encourage all local residents to review all available information and discuss expectations regarding scheduling and service guarantees directly with the company before committing to any major project.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called to get help with my Plumbing emergency. I spoke with James. He said he could come out the next morning. He never showed up. Never answered any more of my calls. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. If I knew he was going to abandon me, I would have found someone else sooner. It was a disaster.... The least he could have done was Man up and tell me he didn't want to do it. That would have been the professional thing to do.DON'T TRUST THIS GUY!Reply: It happened one week ago... Your response shows that you are dishonest.
November 08 · Eng1They came in and said that my plumbing was fixed, which it is not. They lied and said it was fixed, took my check and left. It has been over a month and I have left at least 4 voicemails, and I have not received one phone call back, and they have yet to cash my check, which there is now a stop payment on!!I would not recommend this company to come to your home! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!! WE WERE LIED TO BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMPANY! TAKE YOIR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!**Picture below from a few hours after my review stating that he "may have lost" my check!!
March 19 · Rachel TapiaJames and crew are Impressive. Heres why... on 3/31/23 I needed a good waterheater asap at a reasonable price. James met all my expectations quickly and with high quality. I called 10 plumbers before this one. He is now at the top of my list.D. Hendricks
April 01 · Cycl1stHired Water Works Services to remove an old water softener and replace the coper piping. They were recommended by Home Advisor. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and the work looks great. Then after using the water it was determined that the water pressure was low, most noticeable of the 2nd floor. Contacted Water Works Services and after texting them back and forth, I figured out that the hot water pressure was low. The Plummer indicated that they had turned off the hot water shutoff valve while they were working on the water main piping. I turned the valve to open it up and it just kept spinning. This indicated that the valve was broken, it would not close or open, it was stuck in the middle somewhere.Water Works Services came back out and fixed the valve for no charge. They stood by their work which was a nice surprise.
December 27 · Anthony NewVery cordial, on time and did a great job. I would have liked my receipt to have a bit more detail. My toilet had more problems than just what I knew about, so glad I called them! Will call again for my other toilet!
