I hired this company to install an in floor heating system, I was pressured to pay before the project was complete and then never got the working system I paid for, after months of the system malfunctioning and them sending out a technitian who admitted to having no experience with this type of system they stopped returning calls, with subzero weather in the forecast I was forced to hire another technitian to look at the system, he got it working and charged me $80, upon contacting vollmer plumbing and heating about helping cover this cost since I had paid them many thousands for a non functioning system, I was told to "Eat it" and also to "Lose thier number", i would not recommend them to my worst enemy, wish there was a zero star rating
