The folks at Plumbing Authority were quick, thorough, friendly, and professional when replacing our sewage and water lines. Ray and Josh were great about communicating with me throughout the process (we had to sacrifice a few raspberry bushes and disassemble the fence to get the excavator in). Work like this isn’t cheap, but it comes with peace of mind that it’s been done very well, to code, and won’t need to be done again for a very long time.

From the office to the work, this company is top tier. Nancy and Audra are kind and accommodating. After explaining my situation, Chase recommended a “comfort height” toilet for my husband who is over 6 feet tall with severe at times, back pain. I was a little hesitant at first as it is elongated and I have a smaller bathroom space. I am pleasantly surprised as it doesn’t noticeably take up any more space than our last commode. Plumbing Authority is my new, "go-to plumber." Josh (and Josh II) replaced our septic sewer line. Josh came back out to replace our old, rusty gas line too. Josh is a licensed plumber (showed me his license:-)). He made an extra effort to make sure our cable TV lines were protected and buried afterwards. My outdoor spigot was connected through a fixture in my garage. Whenever I turned the water on in my garage, it leaked. I needed it fixed fast because I turned on the connection in the garage today and when I turned it off, the leak did not stop! Plumbing Authority and Jake Newman were professional, thorough, reasonable, and fast!! The price for getting service the same day was a pleasant surprise to me! Would highly recommend!!!
