Roeder plumbing installed the tankless water heater in my brand new construction and now won't answer calls for warranty work on their services ie. I have a leak in the service line to the water heater and no response for a week now.

Very nice guys, I had them replace my main sewer line and they never came back to level out the ground after they finished. They wouldn't answer or return my calls.
