★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great service, high quality work at a fair price. I've used JP Plumbing for at least 50 jobs since 2012. They've worked on at least 25 residential properties and done entire plumbing for two new homes. They did a complete plumbing project for a new commercial building. Emergency? just call--they'll be there. Their employees never quit, they just retire so you can be confident that a competent, experienced plumber will show up. Call them with confidence!
October 22 · George HenshawJP Plumbing did a fantastic job detecting where I had a leak in a cold water pipe below my concrete slab. Shawn assessed the issue on the initial visit. Jedediah came and located the problem and fixed it, and Brandon helped feed the tubing into the pipe. This could have been a disaster if they had to chisel thru my concrete slab and flooring, but they were successful, and determination paid off! They were all professional, courteous and left my house as they found it.I highly recommend them for the serious plumbing jobs!
May 14 · Lorraine TurnerHIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took over a month for them to send a "plumber" to my house after several calls. Finally sent a "plumber" to install a faucet. Came home to a vanity full of water. All supply lines were less then finger tight. Had to tighten all supply lines myself to prevent them from continued leaking. Jim the owner with an attitude accepted zero responsibility for the "plumbers" error. Saying the "plumber" has never had any complaints but this was definitely his 1st! Jim said do not use us in the future and hung up on me. Great way to run a business Jim 👍
December 28 · Bryan BucherWe did an addition of a master suite and JP Plumbing was hired by our general contractor because they were a local plumber and had been a referral to my contractor. The addition is approximately 700 square feet with a bathroom that required a separate water heater. We had an issue with the grinder admitting sewage exhaust below or kitchen which I was told wouldn’t happen. They repaired it after two weeks of trying. They installed the water heater incorrectly and I had to pay for a competent plumber to install a new one correctly. And last but not least:Problem Three nine months after completion: JP Plumbing installed a claw foot tub in my bathroom for the addition. This is the most disturbing of the issues. My wife was bathing my 9-month-old son and started screaming for me. I came running into the bathroom to find my wife holding the tub up while my son was still in it. Turns out, the clawfoot fell off the tub and the tub collapsed with my son it. Luckily my wife caught the tub and everyone was okay. However, when that happened it broke the drain pipe going into the floor. I was also curious as to how a foot just comes off the tub and after further inspection, I found there was another foot on the tub that had a bolt only hand tightened and the other two were tightened and secure. Obviously, the installer had forgotten to tighten two bolts causing the foot to come off. I called Jim, the owner from JP plumbing again, because I was chastised the last time for not calling them to come out and repair the water heater. This time, Jim was more quiet about the issue (I think because he knew this put my son in danger). The only real question he asked was, “Have you been using the tub?” This question is irrelevant because there was obvious negligence and a tub is meant to hold a full load of water and an adult. But I answered him anyway stating that we had only bathed my 20-pound son and neither me nor my wife used the tub yet. He said he would get someone out. Before they showed up, I received a call from Josh, the estimator, stating that they didn’t install the tub and it was my general contractor. Mind you, Josh and Jim had never remembered my actual job at any point in any previous phone call. I had to tell them my name, address and what the job was and they still would have no recollection until they got here. Yet, somehow Josh supposedly remembered that they “didn’t install the tub.” They blamed it on my contractor. I told him that wasn’t true because I was here when they installed the tub and there are three other witnesses that saw them assembling the tub. The contractor even knew the name of the person installing the tub. He dismissed my remarks and disagreed with me stating they would come out to repair it anyway, which they did. A few days later, we received an invoice with notes of them trying to cover their butts stating they didn’t install the tub initially. This is a FLAT OUT LIE and they are trying to dodge responsibility for something that could have gotten my son hurt or killed.I was going to leave this alone until they obviously tried to create a paper trail skirting any responsibility or liability for their shotty work. My problem is that I have thousands tied up in this addition and it’s a cement slab with no access to the plumbing. I am very fearful of what else could happen in the future if I’ve had all these issues in the first nine months. These guys should lose their license and be shut down.
February 25 · Mark DickerhoofWe had the gas company shut our gas off because of some pipes leaking gas. I called JP plumbing and they were able to come the next morning at 8am. Shawn was really knowledgeable and friendly. I felt he was really trustworthy! And he was done in 2 hrs. I was thinking we would be out $500 or more dollars but it was much less than that. I would highly recommend JP plumbing! Thanks Shawn!
