Flow Right Plumbing Introduce
Flow Right Plumbing, Inc. is a well-established plumbing and contractor service operating out of Crestwood, IL, dedicated to serving residential and commercial clients across the Chicagoland area and into Northwest Indiana. With a commitment to comprehensive service, they aim to address virtually any plumbing issue, from routine maintenance to complex sewer line replacements and full bathroom or kitchen remodels.
For Illinois residents, having a reliable local plumber is essential, especially when dealing with the area's diverse housing stock, which ranges from older homes with legacy systems to newer developments. Flow Right Plumbing positions itself as a partner in maintaining the functionality and safety of your property's water and sewer systems.
While the business generally maintains a profile of being licensed, bonded, and insured, offering transparent pricing, and providing emergency services, it is important for prospective customers to be aware that experiences can vary. Customer feedback indicates a history of both highly satisfied clients who praise the swift and effective work of the team, as well as complex customer service issues regarding missed appointments, confusion over prior work details, and disputes over warranty periods. As a customer, it is always recommended to obtain a written contract detailing the scope of work, total cost, and specific warranty terms before starting any project.
Regarding warranties, there is no single, explicitly stated minimum plumbing warranty period set by the state of Illinois for all types of plumbing work. Warranty lengths are often determined by contractual agreement, though one year is a common "callback period" in the construction industry. New home construction warranties can extend longer for structural components. Customers should clarify and confirm the exact written warranty provided by the company for the specific service performed, as this may be a point of discussion, such as the reported 90-day warranty mentioned in some customer accounts for plumbing work, versus the typical one-year and longer terms some other contractors may offer.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1*Update*I am adding a video and a couple photos. This is work they did. Spigot not anchored? Im pretty sure the pipes are not supposed to look like that after 1 year of barely being used.I am writing this review because so far the owner has ghosted me. He set an appointment with me, and never showed up or had the decency to call me to let me know he wont be showing up. When I spoke to the office, i was informed that he had an emergency customer. So you guys ditch appointments for an emergency customer? Ive been calling the office and the receptionist (Michelle) can only pass on my message, which i understand. It is beyond her hands. I will change my review if anything changes but so far im very dissatisfied with their service.I bought a house that has had complete new plumbing done by FlowRight, the 1st couple of months, the water pressure wasn't right. I couldn't have 2 showers on at the same time. Plumber came in, found the issue and told me they need to replace and order the part off Amazon because they dont Install these parts and then gave me a quote for fixing it. When I informed him the work was done by FlowRight, he stated that it couldn't be true because they dont use these parts. He got on the phone and 10 minutes later said yes they did do the work for my house and that he can fix it. The issue was "fixed" free of charge but im confused as to why he said they had to order a new part. I left it alone. Its been a year later and Im having water pressure issues still. I called to have them check the water pressure issue and to check my water spigot because the water is shooting out of crawlspace area Instead of my spigot. I have not been able to use my spigot at all this summer and its supposed to be new plumbing. Plumber came in, and gave me a quote. 300$ for labor to take out a filter so they can identify what kind of filter, order it, and replace it. 600$ to fix the spigot because it apparantly ruptured in the winter. Im confused as to why they need to charge me 300$ in labor to figure out a filter THEY Installed. They should know what kind of filter they Installed. And 600$ to fix a spigot ive only used a couple times the summer prior.I am writing this review because as of now I've missed a day of work to accommodate the owner Mark and for him to do a no call/no show while I missed work to meet him. He has not returned my calls. I've been calling the office and speaking with Michelle since I've gotten the quote on the 26th of June. It is now the 9th of August and Mark has yet to return a phone call.I spoke with the manager Stephanie, nice lady. But upon speaking to her, she informed me that they had no record of their plumber going to my house last year. Very odd in my opinion especially when I explained how I needed " a new part", then the story changed to they can fix it the prior year.I asked why would they need to charge me labor to figure out what kind of filter THEY Installed, order the filter and then install it back. She informed me that they dont always take notes in regards to the work that they do. Again, very odd. If I go do a job, and later on the customer calls me to replace something, I will know what needs to be replaced if I did the job myself but okay, fine lets move forward. I was informed that the warranty for FlowRight Plumbing is 90 days upon completion of job. As far as I know, in Illinois minimum is 2 years for plumbing warranties. I have not received a call back from FlowRight nor the owner.I will update my review if the problem gets resolved.
August 15 · Ivan BolivarMark came and quickly assessed the problem. He worked tirelessly to remedy the problem and even mentioned he would address the situation, and prevention of future problems, with the property management company. Being that he was here after hours, you would not have guessed he already put in a full day. That's good customer service. Thanks!
September 04 · mike striegelThe inspection was quick. He found the problems and made the claims with my warranty company. He got the approval and came and fixed the problem by 3:00pm. If they didn't do it today I was wondering how I was going to shower the next day. Thank god that they were prompt and finished to completion within a few hours. For once I am totally impressed. I was at work and was busy but everything was done without my being there. Keep up the good work.
August 18 · Dharla VijaikumarBest plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. Their plumbers are really experienced and efficient. It was great working with the office to organize the services. They really got us out of some plumbing difficulties with ease and I thought their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.
September 05 · Mary LothropFlow Right literally saved us. We bought an older home a little over a year ago and noticed we were having some plumbing issues, turns out we needed way more than we expected. They made sure everything was taken care of the right way including fixing pipes that were not done correctly with the previous owners. They were super nice and polite down to even taking their shoes off when coming in the house. A small job turned into even replacing pipe in the backyard and they kept us updated through the entire process. I can’t recommend Flow Right enough!!! They were truly amazing and will forever use them!
