First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings. I found the entire experience painless other than the need to call them out in the first place. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future and hope I get Chris as my tech. He was awesome.

We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality.Nick was especially thorough, taking the time to ensure every detail was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Tripp and Adam—friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to making sure the job was done to a high standard.Overall, a fantastic group of guys who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Jeff did a terrific job installing our new tankless water heater and water softener. Super friendly and efficient, he completed the install in just a few hours. We really appreciate Adam answering the phone after hours and finding a way to get Jeff out to us even more quickly than we had planned. I asked Benjamin Franklin Plumber to come and give me a second quotation for a few projects at our home. Nick Gaines, the technician, demonstrated a strong understanding of the plumbing system and what was needed to correct the issues we were experiencing.I did not inform him of a previous quote from another company. However, Nick gave the appropriate recommendations and best of all a much better quote than the previous plumber.My entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumber was pleasant from the confirmation texts between Tripp and myself, confirming arrival times and product selection of the kitchen faucet, to a text thanking me and asking for a my opinion of their services.Nick was professional and courteous as well as meticulous in his craft.I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been phenomenal to work with. Every person we have had contact with (Nick, Tim, and Tripp) have been amazing; very processional and caring. They provide very timely estimates and exceptional work at a fair price. They did a large water main repair/replacement for us and we are very pleased with their work.
